SDLV — Diagnostic Log Viewer 1.3.10SDLV for Mac: help and support
SDLV — Diagnostic Log Viewer is a free Mac app with a Safari extension. On a page that holds a QNAP diagnostic bundle, the extension puts an SDLV button beside the file. One click sends the bundle to the log viewer you chose and opens the parsed report.

What to put in your message
- The SDLV version. The app's window shows it at the bottom, for example "SDLV 1.3.10".
- Your macOS version (Apple menu > About This Mac) and your Safari version (Safari > About Safari).
- Where the extension sends bundles: the public demo server or your own SDLV Workbench. For your own, add the version its start menu shows.
- What you clicked, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot of any message helps.
Keep diagnostic bundles off the forum. A bundle holds host names, serial numbers, addresses and account names.
Check the setup first
- Open SDLV. Its window says whether the extension is on, and its button opens Safari's Extensions settings.
- In Safari, choose Settings > Extensions and turn on "SDLV — Diagnostic Log Viewer".
- Click the extension's icon in the toolbar, then the gear (Options). Under "Where your bundles are analysed", pick the public demo server or your own SDLV Workbench. Under "Trigger domains", list the sites your bundles are on. Click "Grant access" and allow those sites.
- Open the page with the bundle and click the SDLV button beside the file. The parsed report opens in a new tab.
No button beside the file? Click the extension's icon in the toolbar and choose "Always Allow on This Website".

Po polsku
SDLV — Diagnostic Log Viewer to darmowa aplikacja na Maca z rozszerzeniem do Safari. Na stronie z paczką diagnostyczną QNAP rozszerzenie dodaje przycisk SDLV obok pliku. Jedno kliknięcie wysyła paczkę do wybranego SDLV Workbench i otwiera gotowy raport.
Napisz do autora: silas@qnapclub.pl (Silas, Mariusz Grzybacz).
